Shipping policy
Processing Times
Most items are made‑to‑order and ship within:
- 2–5 business days for Printify products
- 2–3 business days for books fulfilled by Amazon
Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume seasons.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after production:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains items from different production partners (for example, a Printify mug and an Amazon‑fulfilled book). Each package will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as each item ships. You may receive multiple tracking emails if your order ships in separate parts.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the item type and the production partner fulfilling it. Some items may have separate shipping fees due to being produced and shipped from different locations.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
